Powerword 2009 Professional Edition Review1. The manual is Chinese-only.
2. There is NO English-ANYTHING with the software -- not for installing the software, and not for registering it in order to get it to work.
There IS a Chinese-ONLY "support" website -- but good luck with that.
3. There is NO customer support online for English-only; and no way to communicate with Kingsoft in effort to get support.
4. There is a Kingsoft forum -- for everything BUT Powerword. One CAN post quetions there, but they are IGNORED and or DELETED without even being acknowledged.
In sum: save your money.
